Prenatal and Postpartum Massage

As a Mother Massage® certified therapist, I focus on the unique and specific needs of each mother-to-be and her baby. Some benefits include- mental and physical stress relief, improved postural balance, stimulation of glandular secretions to stabilize hormonal balance, increase lymph and blood circulation which helps eliminate wastes and brings oxygen and nutrients to your baby. Postpartum massage focuses on the recovery after labor, focusing on weight-bearing muscle soreness, restoring postural balance, and overall relaxation and well-being.
